What happens after you order
You are emailed at each stage, so you are never left guessing.
- Order confirmed You receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of what you bought within a few minutes of checkout.
- Packed and dispatched Your order is picked, checked and sealed in plain outer packaging, then handed to the carrier within 48 hours on working days.
- Tracking number sent As soon as the carrier scans your parcel you get a second email with a tracking link you can follow at any time.
- Delivered to your door Most parcels fit through a standard letterbox. If yours needs a signature and you are out, the carrier leaves a card with collection or redelivery instructions.

Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duty or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are not included in the price you pay us.
Wrong address
Contact us before dispatch and we will correct it free of charge. After dispatch, a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded minus the shipping cost.

Public holidays, customs checks and peak periods can add a few days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees of a specific date.
